Public Safety and Emergency Communications
The Healthy Dispatcher exists to support the people who spend their careers helping everyone else.
Founded by Adam Timm, a former LAPD dispatcher, nationally recognized speaker, author, and leadership consultant, the organization helps 9-1-1 professionals prevent burnout, strengthen leadership, and create healthier communication centers across the country.
When they partnered with Morton Marketing 417 in March 2026, their mission was already making a difference.
Our job wasn't to change the message.
It was to help more people hear it.
Sometimes doing less on social media creates a much bigger impact.
Prior to working with us, The Healthy Dispatcher had built a consistent and active social media presence centered around educational content and leadership insights for the public safety community.
While the information being shared was valuable, we saw an opportunity to present it in ways that were easier to engage with while creating more opportunities for conversation and connection.
We knew the audience was already there.
Dispatchers. Leaders. Supervisors. Decision-makers. Conference organizers. Organizations looking for meaningful training that makes a lasting impact.
They weren't just looking for information.
They were looking for someone who understood life behind the headset. Someone who could educate, encourage, challenge their thinking, and remind them they weren't navigating this profession alone.
That's exactly what we set out to create.
Content worth connecting with.
The audience was already there.
Together, we refined the strategy to focus on five intentional posts each week that spoke directly to the challenges, experiences, and conversations happening within the public safety community.
We also introduced a cohesive visual style with custom-branded graphics that made educational content easier to recognize, easier to consume, and instantly identifiable as The Healthy Dispatcher.
Then we handed Adam the microphone.
Through short-form video, Adam shared leadership insights, wellness strategies, and stories from his own career, giving dispatchers, supervisors, leaders, and conference organizers the opportunity to experience the same energy, authenticity, and passion people see when he steps onto a stage.
We also balanced educational content with storytelling, humor, and conversation starters because we weren't just trying to share information.
We wanted people to feel seen, share their own experiences, and become part of the conversation.
So we changed the approach.
Between April and June 2026, The Healthy Dispatcher welcomed more than 1,700 new followers on Facebook, while Facebook page visits increased by 36%, meaning thousands more people were actively discovering The Healthy Dispatchers work, exploring their resources, and learning how they could support their teams.
Instagram gained 249 new followers, while LinkedIn engagement increased by 83%, bringing more than 285 new professionals into the conversation.
One Facebook post alone generated more than 1,800 likes, 129 comments, and 611 shares.
But those numbers tell a bigger story.
Dispatchers shared posts with their coworkers. Leaders tagged members of their teams. Conversations about burnout, leadership, and wellness reached communication centers across the country. Podcast hosts even reached out, inviting Adam to share his message with even more audiences.
That's the power of a strategy built around people instead of posts.
The conversation got a whole lot bigger.
Whether you're posting every day or don't know where to start, the answer isn't creating more content. It's creating the right content. Let's build a strategy that helps more people discover your business, trust your expertise, and remember your story long after they scroll past.
Let's give them a reason to pay attention.
